I agree with the other review . They made it sound like we hired TWO companies . Told me to refer to the booklet that was given to me along with my installation receipt? What booklet?
They are willing to replace the windows at a fee??
I hired what I thought was a window company . I didnt hire two individual
Companies to save money!!
Our slider failed about 2 months in . We could feel the air coming through . They came and placed a sticker with a little piece of fluff on the bottom part of the frame where the two sliders meet and said this would do the trick . Looked ridiculos and ugly . They said its the best the could do . After 8 months it just fell off .
I am more than willing to talk to other clients that feel ripped off by this company .

A local window company would charge me) or go with them at the price of the local company and they will
Install for free. Hands washed .
I was so upset I gave up, but it makes me so upset each time I come home. Hard earned money down the toilet .

i installed 20 windows in my house at a cost of 13,460 dollars with the expectation of high quality, guaranteed product life from the manufacturer and superior onsite installation.
the contract states "insulating glass units are warranted for lifetime"....i was told this meant 25 ye ars..

within 4 years two on my largest picture windows failed , the markings inside the glass units were so bad it looked like the old aluminum windows that often failed after 20 years.

i have never had to deal with a company that was so terrible in avoiding their responsibilities and in the end i had to pay for replacement product....i am appalled by how i was treated and cannot believe these guys are still in business..

not one person other than the poor call center person answering the phone ever spent a minute to discuss this with me or recommend a solution...

i have researched thru the industry and found i am not alone...they will argue they have changed glass suppliers...this will not change shoddy business practice...
