The workers arrived at the time we were expecting them. The workers got to work, covered our brick with plywood as well as our flowers and railing leading in the house. Then draped a few tarps on the grass between the houses to catch any falling debris from our roof. Upon completing this task they made their way on the roof and began removing our old shingles and vents. Once done they all had lunch and got right back to work. They all worked as a team, the younger gentleman picked up the debris and brought it to the trailer. Next thing we knew they were done the main roof and a smaller canopy. After they left it was as if they were never there. We didn’t even find one nail on the ground. I can not recommend them enough for the outstanding work they performed at our house. If you’re looking for a honest company that you can trust look no further then Finley Roofing.

Dave keep up the great work, everything you told us would happen did just as you had explained it. You made us feel comfortable and your advice was incredible, telling us what we needed and what we didn’t need. Since they’ve done our roof i’ve referred them to friends and neighbours.

Someone in our neighborhood had their roof redone by a different company and they broke their siding down spout and they’ve been picking up nails for a week. Save yourself the headache and call Finley Roofing I’m sure glad we did. Plus we got out GAF warranty in the mail. Couldn’t be happier thanks to the Finley Team!!

From start to finish the process was smooth. The workers were efficient and had the job completed in one day.

My experience with Finley roofing from start to finish was fantastic. I had multiple blow offs with the previous roof that was only 9 years old(not installed by Finley). Dave was very knowledgable and walked me through the whole process from picking shingles to installation. The quote was very reasonable. The crew arrived when they said they would. Dave was very prompt at returning my calls when I had questions pre and post installation. Job well done and I would recommend Finley roofing in the future.

We are very pleased with the finished work. The crew was very focused and professional. All that was specified on the contract was done. They did a proper prep and cleanup of the property afterwards.

Payment was not requested until the work was completed. I appreciated that Dave responded promptly whenever I tested or emailed.

Amazing from start to finish! Our roof was damaged in the wind storm in may of 2018 and they were our first call after being referred by MANY people! Dave arranged to have our roof repaired within a day while we dealt with our insurance company. Once we had the go ahead our roof was completely redone within a few weeks which included picking the shingles... having them delivered and then installed. The crew showed up exactly when Dave said they would. They were pleasant and were sure to pick up all evidence of the work completed. They even moved my sons hockey net for him and back when they were finished. Great Job! Thank you!!! It looks great!

the men showed up on time, were very polite, and respectful to both my family and my neighbours. The work was completed in a timely manner and with the exception of a few roofing nails and a couple of shingle wrappers, they cleaned up and took care to do a great job

Finley replaced our roof in December 2017 quickly and efficiently.
When the wind storm hit in the spring, we noticed a few shingles had flown off. We reported the damage to Finley who arrived the next day, full of apologies and quickly replaced the damaged area.
Fast, no-excuses response makes them a 10 in our books!
