I had a frustrating experience with Bambrough Roofing and would strongly advise caution before engaging their services. My main issues were their lack of professionalism and compliance with essential regulations.
Firstly, Bambrough Roofing failed to pay their bills in a timely manner, which caused significant inconvenience and stress. Its unacceptable to work with a company that doesnt honor its financial obligations.
Additionally, I was alarmed to discover that they do not carry WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) insurance. This is a serious concern as it puts clients at risk in case of accidents or injuries on the job. Its crucial for any roofing company to have proper insurance coverage to ensure both their workers' safety and the protection of their clients.
Overall, my experience with Bambrough Roofing was disappointing and stressful. I would recommend seeking out a more reliable and compliant roofing company to avoid these issues.

Bambrough responded quickly to provide a quote for new shingles. They arrived on the date set, were friendly (including dog friendly!) polite, professional and very efficient. They worked very cleanly and left our yard and driveway in perfect condition with a great looking new roof. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend this company and their employees.

As a result of storm damage in May, Bambrough Roofing removed and replaced shingles, vents etc. for the entire roof. They cleaned up and were an efficient, polite crew. Excellent job done in a timely manner.

Kirk sent his crew out within 24 hrs. They climbed a very steep pitched second story roof on my century home in downtown Cobourg. Carried out the repairs like it was their own home. Fast, reasonable, excellent workmanship.

Highly recommend kirk and Bambrough roofing. This will be the 2nd time my family has used them. The first time was after we had a death in the family and Kirk was the only one (out of 4 local roofing companies) who came and took the time to take me around and show me what they were going to do and any issues he seen with the roof. Provided me with an auctual written quote and not just a verbal price. When it was time for my roof to be fixed from storm damage I didn't hesitate to call them.

Very happy with the instalment, the crew did a really great job and they left the area spotless when they were done. They checked with me about additional repairs that were needed, so that there were no surprises with cost, which was very much appreciated. Would recommend to anyone looking to have their roof redone!

I'm very glad that I happened upon Kirk and Bambrough Roofing Inc. When I needed emergency service for a recurring and worsening roof-leak, I decided to call Kirk for help. His crew was here within hours to repair an ongoing problem that several `experts' could not resolve for many years. Kirk and his staff were very helpful and patient with my questions; very knowledgeable and informative with explaining to me their findings and recommendations. When it was time to replace my roof, of course I called upon Bambrough Roofing again. Kirk and his longtime staff, Dan and Tony, are experienced and skilled and, more importantly, dedicated to ensuring that their work is perfect in function and appearance. My new roof is a beautiful job, and the Bambrough team and I are confident that it will also be reliable and worry-free for a very long time.

Kirk was great at responding to my questions beforehand and my concerns throughout, which is really important when it comes to such an integral part of your home. His team took their time and did the job right, and left our place neat and tidy. I think using a smaller company like this is beneficial because you get a more timely response and personal touch. I definitely recommend.
