Andrei was very quick to understand our goals and how it can be accomplished in our basement space while achieving elegance at the same time! We chose Basement for Less to do our kitchen renovation. The decision was based on consultation with Andrei. He was the most knowledgeable and experienced contractor we came across after interviewing a few others. To achieve our desired kitchen, Andreis designer Julia assisted us with the planning and designing that included significant structural modifications. The workers gutted the kitchen to the studs, ceiling and floor joists and reconstructed the kitchen to our great satisfaction. The cabinets, countertops were installed professionally and the finished kitchen is as good as it can be to our great satisfaction! Very professional work while maintaining the project organized and clean throughout. We recommend Basement for Less Highly!

Andrei and his professional crew did a fantastic job finishing our basement. Our basement has a new kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and a laundry room. We thank the electrician Alex who has done a great job adding strategically pot lights to the entire basement that makes the basement bright, warm and inviting. Basements for Less renovation has done an impeccable job of renovating our basement on time and on budget with exceptional quality and workmanship. The prices are very reasonable we did some research and got more than a few quotes before selecting Andrei and his crew. With in a few days of the first visit and measurements Andrei provided a detailed quote and we agreed on the start date. Our basement required a full demolition. Crew was there every day starting from early morning around 8:30am to 6pm. Illia, Alex, Sergey and Pasha all helped in the demo and clean up process we were guided every step of the way by Illia on what will be happening next and Illia provided amazing suggestions on the layout and some additional enhancements. Overall, this was the best decision we have made with the BEST company and the BEST crew. We could not have even imagined it to be so beautiful. Team paid special attention to details and all the team members really strive to make everything perfect. We added more than a few changes along the way and the whole team was very accommodating and carried out the changes with an amazing attitude.
