Soon after moving into our Sabal home we started to experience many problems. customer service is very slow in responding...we have been in our home about 18 months and they still have not fixed many of our problems. our biggest problem though has been mice. there were many areas in our home that were not sealed and though they came after a while to seal these holes it was too little too late. when I complain about this problem its like they do not want anything to do with me. I am going through the better business bureau now...lets see what happens ....probally nothing. I have come to the conclusion that customer service and reputation means nothing to them. I would not recommend this company to anyone...they should be ashamed how they treat people and their families.....I would love to meet their potential clients and tell of my experience.....hopefully save others from having a miserable experience like we did.......Len
