I have been using Kridan Security for over 13 years. Derek Down is the owner and he is just a joy to deal with. He is knowledgeable, professional and accessible. He is always helpful, quick to answer the phone, and when he helps you, you can hear the smile in his voice. He really knows how to give great customer service. In 13 years I have rarely had an issue with my system. I would say Kridan's motto should be "We care about you, your safety and your satisfaction".
