I would provide zero stars if possible. He came and quoted a project, took the deposit and ran way and never even started the work. He must need financial aid and be unable to retrieve a loan from the bank. He illegally takes peoples money. He also leaves work unfinished and runs away and does not return calls or messages asking him to finish the work or return illegally taken money. I would stay away at all costs, unprofessional & crooked
