Washer stopped spinning. Called and "Steve" answered. Happened to be in the area so he was here in an hour. diagnosed this issue and although his company doesn't replace transmissions he had some good suggestions and cost of repair estimates. Happily paid him for his time.
Clean and cordial. Would highly recommend.
