We had Shawn from IAQ come to examine a prospective home purchase.
Shawn is extremely knowledgeable and was able to identify potential problems very rapidly. He is clearly a well educated individual who also has a good intuition for mechanistic aspects of his work. His report was non-alarmist and concise, and it helped identify a reasonable course of action to take.
I would highly recommend his services before a home purchase, especially for trickier homes - I learned a lot from the walk-through.
