When I hired this company the owner, Bryan Goulding was very informative and attentive. Seemed very eager to get started on the job and promised his work was top-notch. We met in April as I wanted to do an addition on the house which would extend our bedroom to include a ensuite and w/i closet. This was a long-awaited dream of 8 years saving. A dream that turned into a nightmare. He encourage me not to get a septic permit. Said it would hold up the job and that it was likely to extend the cost of the project a great deal. Me, being a senior woman, wanted to believe him and felt he would know best. Well as it turned out it was anything but!! I started noticing things that were going wrong. No matter how many times I asked for something to be completed it was not!! Always an excuse as to why it couldn't be done. Ok, you know best. I wanted helical piles, cheaper, faster...I ended up with concrete piles, very unsightly and I will add still unfinished unfinished. I have to admit there was a delay in the plumbing. What he proposed was not structurally possible. Two plumbers, his and ours, both said it couldn't be done as to the plan that was laid out. These things occur...change of plans. He became very irritated and pulled off the job for a week while it was being done. I reminded him of all the other things that were still not done and could be worked on in the mean time. I was told no! To make a long, long story short. He walked off the job after taking 22,500 of the 25,000 that was quoted. The pictures will tell you just how bad it is. There is raw wood in the ground that will eventually attract rot and termites. The siding is horrific, There is a leak that had to be immediately repaired of there would be interior damage. Inspections had deficiency that were never done. And it goes on and on. Needless to say the mess that he left behind for us to clean. I implore you NOT to hire this company. He talks sweet and tells you what you want to hear. The picture speak for themselves. Fortunately, I have a new contractor that will help fix what he messed up, but at a very expensive cost.
