Derek and his crew demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy while carrying out the scope of work on our property. We have a magnificent 100-year-old oak tree that required both careful pruning and an arborist's report to assess its health and safety.

The team arrived exactly when they said they would, which I greatly appreciated. Throughout the process, they communicated effectively and answered all my questions with expertise.

Given the size of the tree and the fact that its branches extended into our neighbors yard, I was particularly concerned about the potential for debris to cause issues. However, the crew managed the situation with great care, ensuring that all falling branches and leaves were collected promptly.

When the job was completed, the cleanup was so meticulous that it was hard to tell they had even been there. The area was left spotless, which speaks volumes about their dedication to customer satisfaction. Ashley tree care did an amazing job with the pruning of a 100-year old oak tree thats in my backyard. They gave me a quote within two to three days and also sent me a picture of the said tree location which branches will be cut. When I called back, they were ready to answer all my questions. The job was scheduled the following week.
On the day of the pruning, the crew came in a crane with all the safety measures. The lead arborist (dont know his name) was very friendly and explained what will be done. He also assured me that if he sees any other dead branches, he will also prune them as it is much easier to check on the tree once hes up at the
tree-too level.
They worked every fast and the job was done within 5 hours. Upon completion of the job, the site was
left very clean and tidy.

They cut back all cedars surrounding the backyard plus a yew bush. Did. Great job!

Ian and Adriano did a great job trimming huge unruly cedars that edge the entire side of the yard, a special mature Japanese maple specimen and 60 year old yew tree. From start to finish, the team was highly responsive, professional and provided a very competitive quote.

Had to tear down 3/4 of a massive oversized tree on our lot that was leaning too much towards the house. They did such a clean job and took all the cut down branches. Took one afternoon to finish. The price was not the cheapest but the service is worth the cost.

They provided a detailed quote with photos of the work to be done. They were flexible on the scheduling, on time to do the job, and the crew was careful, respectful of us and our property, polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They trimmed the trees according to both arborist's guidelines and city regulations. Archie was also kind enough to come by and pick up the cheque (no, I don't do everything electronically and I don't have a car). I definitely recommend this company for tree-related services and will use them again should the need arise.
