Sean from Mr Rooter was very pleasant and polite, and took his shoes off at the front door. He was very profession able, helpful and informative and answered any questions I had. The work was done efficiently in replacing the pipe to the water heater in the basement. He was very thorough and went the extra mile in checking our laundry drainage which was thankfully alright. Would definitely call Mr Rooter again if we had a problem.
