Having a clogged sink really suck! Well, having anything clogged sucks. I'm extremely grateful to Mr. Rooter's service. Especially, that of their representative, Chris. He was exceptionally on time, carefully reviewed our situation and explained all the available options in a professional and friendly manner. As an obvious novice to plumbing, I was really impressed with how Chris had generously removed the trap and placed it back in securely, making sure there would be no leaks. And to my surprise...at no additional cost. Now, talk about going above and beyond eh. As a first pick, I'm certainly confident in my choice of Mr. Rooter's services. Thank so much Chris.
