I bought a groupon for window cleaning and called to set up an appointment. I had someone here within 1 hour to provide the service. The technicians did a wonderful job. I would recommend this company or the technicians that were here at the least.

I have been calling this company for about two weeks (left simple kind messages) and I haven't even gotten a call back. So far, my rating is zero. I bought a groupon voucher to use, and want them to do other work (and bring them more business), but again, no response.

Unlike the reviewer below, I had the total opposite experience. I purchased a voucher through Buytopia, for window cleaning for my condo town. It's a pretty small place compared to a fully detached or even a semi. I made a call, got an appointment pretty fast, so far so good. The day of, a young person, sounded like a student, called me as he was lost. He did have my correct address which is on maps and GPS. Very unprofessional, either way, I gave him directions. To make a long story short, he came, saw my place and left. Since I had his phone, I texted him a few times and no answer. Basically a waste of time. I called the company the day after and I was told the manager wants to talk to me and that he will call me within 15 minutes. That didn't happen either. Can you say unprofessional? I would never use this company or recommend them for ANY work EVER.

I saw their ad on the newspaper and I called them along other people and had them do a free estimate same as other three companies.
I liked the fact that they were reasonable compared to other companies and offered to do the job the same day.
I wasn't happy that they offer a wide window of time but other than that the job was very well done!

I bought a voucher from teambuy for window cleaning and eaves service and had a really good experience. The guy they sent was very friendly and polite and did a great job. I wasn't expecting much because I only paid $29 for the voucher and was getting my windows and eaves cleaned!
I knew I had some problems with my eaves as it leaks and over flows every time it rains. I got that problem fixed as well and all in under $150!
It is very hard to find a company that offers good service and doesn't charge ridiculous $$$! I think I will stick with these guys for any of my future home repairs and maintenance.

I had a minor leak in my roof since over a couple years now. Over the summer it got really bad and we had stains in our ceiling and one day it started leaking in to the house!
We just had a baby and couldn't afford the repair. So I called Reliance and after accessing the situation they suggested a temporary fix that should last about a year or so. Past two rainstorms and no leaks!
Reliance really work around your situation and preferences as opposed to other roofing companies

I purchased two $29 voucher from buytopia for window cleaning and eaves cleaning. I called to book an appointment and expected to be booked in the next 3-6 weeks given my experiences with the other companies. However I was surprised to be booked in the same week and they gave me a time slot which was very convenient for me as I work 9-5 and I was happy to not be taking time off work. The service man named Eddy did a very detailed job with my window, one of the windows had bits of streaks on it after I inspected and I pointed it out and he fixed that right away without being unpleasant about it.
I also got a couple of estimates and the price given is very reasonable and cheap compared to everything else. Whenever I'm ready to get the repairs done I would be calling these guys!

I liked the other reviews and purchased a voucher for their service! BAD mistake!

1. I called them up in the week of July 13 (I think the day was July 19) to set up an appointment for 6:00 - 7:00 pm on July 28 (normally they have a 2-hr slot; they accepted my request for a 1-hr slot). I had mentioned that I had a few more windows, and also a patio door that I was hoping to get cleaned. She said I could pay the contractor for any extra windows (not included in the voucher), and that the cost would be lower than me buying a second voucher.
2. I called up on the morning of July 28 to make sure they will be here. I was told that their calendar does not show the appointment somehow, even though she said she recalled the conversation we had. She set up another appointment for (I believe) Tue, July 29 (6:00 to 7:00 pm)
3. Their contractor came around 6:35 pm that day. Their way of counting windows is not what I was expecting. He spoke with his manager and confirmed the count to be 19. I spoke with his manager on the phone, and his manager confirmed that I would need to pay $40 for the extra 9 windows and taxes. However, he mentioned I would need to remove the screens from the 5 upper level windows, to which I agreed. He then asked me let him allow use of my garden hose and water, which I laid out for him. Then he said his squeegee was broken, and he needed to buy a new one from Home Depot. I had to digest tons of swearing (directed at his colleagues!). He committed to returning. Meanwhile, I removed my 5 window screens in preparation. However, he never showed up! Nor, did I receive any call from him or his manager! I left 2 voice messages with them that evening, describing my dissatisfaction at their lack of professionalism, and requesting intervention.
4. Nobody called up next morning; late morning, I could contact Sarah, who said she had informed the manager about my voice messages, and that the manager would call me back in 48 hours (so by Friday late morning). Nobody called me on Friday; I tried in vain calling up the number; could only reach the autoresponder. Nobody bothered calling me even on Tuesday. So, this morning, I called them up. She said her manager mentioned that I should ask the voucher provider for refund - they were unable to clean it because 5 of my windows had screens that needed to be removed! I am shocked as these were already discussed and agreed upon with the manager on Tuesday with their contractor physically here.

In summary, I don't believe this is a company who takes their business seriously. They do not care about honouring any kind of commitments; do not know even to apologize for the inconveniences they cause through breaking commitments. A friend of mine has also bought the voucher through my referral. I am going to request her to cancel this as well! The voucher provider gave me a credit; however they were told by Reliance that they cleaned some of the windows!! The reality is - their contractor came to my property and then discovered his squeegee was broken. So, he left without touching a single window, and then never showed up!

You have now been WARNED!

After winter, I kept hearing faint scraping noises from the ceiling in my son's room. My friend suggested I may have animals living in the attic. I called Reliance along with several other companies to get a quote and they were very reasonable price wise and offered a free inspection. Upon inspection turns out a racoon family took residence in my attic. Marco removed three racoons from the attic and cleaned up their feces. I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this company to family, friends, and neighbours. Thank you Marco!
