First class service from start to finish. Staff is courteous, helpful and the Calgary McKenzie store has moved up to the top of my list for future purchases. The installer came right on time and did an extraordinary job of installing my new storm door, have had many compliments on how great the door looks.

Good quality product. Where they fell down a bit was not completing the original work order properly and I had to make two extra trips to their store.

Having said that, their staff was pleasant to deal with and I like shopping and dealing with Lowe's.

Did an online purchase and got the notification for pick up. When I got there the staff couldn't find my items and it took three of them to locate it. Once I got the items, they were all taped together with packing tape. I don't see how they could not just put it in a bag? Made my items hard to open and left sticky residue all over the packaging so I can reuse the bottle for storing my items. Just plain odd.

We purchased outdoor lights online, and the process was easy, from purchase to pick up. We then returned to buy a lawnmower and other small outdoor things. We were helped immediately, and found what we were looking for without a problem. I like the large isles and cleanliness. My only suggestion would be to have more check out's open.

We wanted to change the look of our existing fireplace, originally clad in red brick which had been painted, as well as retiling the hearth in front of it.
After removing the brickwork and existing tiles, we contracted with Lowes, who use the company Miracle Dream Homes to handle their projects. Our installer was Roman Grynyshyn and he was excellent. He spent nearly 12 hours on the first day and was able to completely tile the fireplace hearth, front, sides, mantle and on the wall above the fireplace. He returned the next day and did a very professional job grouting between the tiles. He was extremely efficient and paid careful attention to all aspects of the installation. Roman did a wonderful job in fitting the tiles around the firebox and air grill above, and the end result is a huge improvement on the old fireplace. He also took care to minimize any mess, using drop sheets and protection for our hardwood floors. Roman was friendly throughout his visit to our home, and answered our questions readily.

Purchased our blinds for our new house through Lowes about 2 years ago. Pricing was very competitive and we had many options to choose from. 2 years later they are still basically brand new and we have had zero issues.

My wife and I had been shopping for carpets for our stairs and living room. Visited a few different carpet speciality shops and got very poor service from all. Went to Lowes to buy a dishwasher and decided to stop by their flooring department to see what they had. Well Marcus there, was full of information and helped us choose a comfortable carpet that would also stand up to our dogs and kids. They had a sale on and did a quick estimate based on our measurements. The quote was very similar to the others we got but the carpet quality was far superior. So we paid the $50 to get their professional estimate and it was almost exactly the same as we were told it would be. So we ordered the carpet and made an appointment for their installer to come. He was quick and careful with our home. We are very happy with our choice. Would definitely choose Lowes for carpet again.

I found that staff at this store to be very helpful in finding the right tools for the job and providing guidance on projects. I had to build a temporary fence and they were able to suggest a few different options and made sure I had all the necessary tools.
