As a real estate agent, Don is always my first choice when referring a home inspector. He's pleasant, patient, knowledgable and makes the process fun and informative. My clients always feel less stressed about the process in his hands. Other inspectors Ive worked with rush through the home and get very annoyed with concerns or questions. This man radiates warmth and takes the time to lead you through each concern. We need more Don in the world.

I hired Don for the second time in 6 months. First time was a pre-inspection on an older home and the second time on a home I finally purchased.
