While I cannot imagine any time that having a mother raccoon living in your attic is not a "911" scenario, our personal situation was especially dire and required immediate attention.

I am retired and living off of a veterans pension and we had just made the decision to sell our home in order to downsize when we heard the unpleasant sound of footsteps in our attic. Whatever had set up residence in our attic sounded quite large and this was alarming because our home was literally going on the market for sale WITHIN DAYS ... and obviously it would be difficult or even impossible to sell a home that has unwanted "guests" living in the attic.

Despite the fact that he must be very busy this time of year, Phil jumped right to the task with his team and they had the mother raccoon and her litter of babies removed the very next day. They then installed caging material to prevent the raccoon from returning.

Well, this was when I learned that raccoons are very industrious and determined. Although Phil and his team had "solved" the issue in their first visit, the raccoon returned the very next day, only to find out that her "entry door" into my attic had been sealed off. Well, the mother raccoon did not take this discovery too pleasantly and decided to find yet another way to get into my attic. While we slept, she apparently decided to rip off a vent in our soffit and use it as a "back door" to get back into her nest. We noticed the damaged vent the following morning as well as hearing the sadly familiar sound of footsteps in our attic yet again!

Well as soon as I notified Phil and his team, they returned immediately the same day and evicted the raccoon and her babies and then set to work sealing off virtually every single possible access point into our attic, including all roof vents, areas where different areas of roofing shingles met, etc. They essentially locked up my attic like Fort Knox.

Well, with my raccoon problem now solved, I was able to list my home for sale immediately and successfully sold the home very quickly. There is simply no way this would have happened if Phil and his team had not resolved this issue as quickly as they did.

We have hired All Wildlife Removal twice now - first for problems with red squirrels/mice getting into the roof of our cabana room in our backyard and then for an issue with raccoons living under our deck and causing damage to our hot tub. On both occasions, Paul arrived quickly to assess what the problem was, gave us his quote (which he did on the spot) and then sent a crew quickly to resolve the issues. We had been having mice problems, off and on, for a few years. We’d been able to "Mouse Trap" trap them until this last winter. They got into our attic crawl spaces, we heard them at night, chewing!. We contacted All Wildlife and they were out on Jan.17, 2015 to quote.

We gave them the go ahead and a team of Tech's were out on Jan. 30, 2015 to begin the work. To say that they were thorough would be an understatement! Not only did they seal every opening with caulking on an extremely cold day, minus 23 degrees, they were "Very, Very" careful with how the work was done and how it looked! Our Home was treated like it was their Home! There was a lot of Snow on the ground and roof therefore they were unable to complete the work that day so they had to come back when the Snow was gone.

A new team came back on April 3, 2015 once again taking Great care of our Home. Drip rails were installed on all the eaves troughs, wired Roof vents, Stove, Dryer and Bathroom Exhaust vents were installed. All this along with caulking all around the dormer at the roof line.

The final work was done on April 14th. They crawled under our back deck to seal off all openings under and around our back porch, including a basement window and like the other two times our Home was treated with the Ultimate care!
Keep in mind that there were three separate teams that came out and yet they all looked after our Home in the same manner! They are the most Professional Company we have ever dealt with! By the way, they gave us a 5 year warranty!

I would like to commend and recommend All Wildlife.They finally brought an end to my long journey of mice treating my attic like a Ritz-Carleton resort village.When I moved into my house several years ago, I inherited a mice problem.For several years I have called various pest-control companies, spending well over two thousand dollars with little to no success; the problem of the little critters living in my attic and leaving little black trails in my basement persisted.I was even so frustrated with the unsuccessful pest-control companies and their short-lived guarantees that I undertook my own ‘war on mice’, ordering pest control systems from eBay and Amazon.Aside from finding carcasses in various states of decay, the majority of my friendly squatters remained alive and well.

We inherited a big mess when we moved into our new 'older' home. After dealing with mice in the attic, we discovered that years of mice infestations had left the attic a total mess. We decided to go with All Wildlife because they not only take care of the critters and critter proofing, but also specialize in attic work. They came out, found several entry points including one a previous wildlife company missed. They mouse-proofed the entire exterior and after a few weeks with a one-way door installed, they came back and removed all of the old insulation and disinfected the attic. They were very accommodating as we wanted the old insulation removed and attic disinfected without re-filling right away. We left it empty so that we could get exhaust fans and lights installed by an electrician (this actually saved us a lot of money due to ease of access). When they came back, they installed a poly vapor barrier, fixed soffit ventilation problems and got the insulation up to R-60 spec. The staff that came out were hard working and friendly. I really liked the fact that they guarantee their work for 5 years and I found that their pricing was reasonable - especially when you consider that they do proofing, cleanout, disinfection and re-fill instead of having to go with multiple contractors for this work. Overall, I was quite pleased and would recommend All Wildlife.

All Wildlife Removal responded very quickly. We were fortunate to get an appointment the same day to review the problem. They came out and installed a one way door to extract the animal. They also installed heavy gauge wire on all vents/entry points to help eliminate a return of the animal. Great service with a pleasant crew. Just recommended them to friends who have a raccoon problem.

After moving into my new house, I quickly realized that I had a serious mice problem...I'm beyond frightened of mice and quickly called All Wildlife Removal. They were at my house within an hour and assured me they would deal with the problem. They spent 4 days going through the house and not only removed the mice in a humane way, but also did what was necessary to make sure they didn't come back in. While going through the house they noticed that all the insulation had been chewed through in the attic. They had someone at my house right away to re-insulate. Paul the owner followed up a few weeks later to make sure everything was okay in the house which was really appreciated!
A few YEARS later I noticed mice droppings again. I called All Wildlife expecting to have to pay more as techniques etc change, to be told that I was still under a warranty and that they would be out to fix the problem free of charge. They went right to the source - the garage...Not only did they again get rid of the mice but they dry walled the garage to make sure the mice didn't get in. This company went above and beyond my expectations. I have recommended them to many people and would call them again in a heartbeat with any problems!!!!
