Ariya Developments is a quality builder. JT Bhabra, the owner of the company, was always a pleasure to deal with. He showed integrity, honesty and a solid knowledge of the kind of workmanship we were looking for. He was always accessible, and attentive to our needs or concerns. The scope of our project included a complete renovation, top to bottom, with a 2-storey addition and digging out and underpinning of basement. The results were wonderful! JT Bhabra handled this project from the architectural drawing stage to completion. He did a great job. I would have no problem recommending Ariya Developments for new home construction or home renovations.
