Adriano came by (late), to diagnose out dryer. Within 30 seconds he sees the dryer knob was broken. He tells us that's the problem, and walks out asking for the full $75 diagnostic fee. While I understand he technically did what we asked of him, he was here for less than 5 minutes. When I asked if he would be requiring the full fee, he responded rudely 'well, I did my job'. Yes, he did. I anticipated a little more human kindness than that. But I guess some people are just about the bottom line.

I'm very sorry you weren't satisfied with the repair at all. You requested for a professional to repair your dryer, and I gave you professional service. The cost of the diagnostic was clear and I communicated with your husband the day prior in text about the fees so there were no surprises. You were without a dryer before I came, I repaired it and you now have a working dryer for ONLY $75.00. I didnt charge you labour fees because I wanted to help you out. Unfortunately I was penalized for being efficient and honest.
