GE dryer - lesson learned, buy the 5 year warranty. Never thought a gas dryer would die 13 months of use. Welcome to the new appliance industry. Faulty igniter. Last gas dryer lasted 16 years. Should have called Adriano for that fix, but did not know such great professional people who are honest and do a great job for a fair price existed in Toronto! I have no issue paying, but sending me someone who reads a manual upon their arrival no thanks. Adriano came when stated, fixed the issue, walked me through the problem and left the my room as he found it. Fair price for the fix. No hidden costs or gas surcharges. If I get another 5 years out of this before another fix glad to pay this company over the warranty people who typically send JR guys who bill you per second! If your appliance is out of warranty call Adriano first!

LG Fridge. 10 years plus 2 months old. LG sends over recommend Toronto authorized JR service rep. Upon arrival asks me for the manual. OMG – at that point should have told him to leave. Charges me for gas surcharge! OK that is a clear issue in my books. Tells me I need a new door per LG to fix broken wire in the door. LG states door no longer available, buy a new fridge? 6K...really...for a broken wire? Adriano to the rescue. 2nd checkup, looks at the issue and determines he can fish another wire through the door and splice it. Since this wire is not readily available needs to come back, but he fixes the door via wire outside the door (looks ok too) and gets me going! Adriano comes back two weeks later and as promised fixes the door. Saves me 6k and a new fridge, which I don’t really need (plus the environment too). What a complete waste of money that would have been if I listened to the authorized service tech and LG. Shame on both of them for not supporting me or thinking out side of the box to fix the issue. What you get when a JR service rep shows up who is more concerned on how many service calls he is going to make in one day then helping his customers out. When in doubt call Adriano to get you out!
