Very Convenient and Excellent Service
Greg came within a few days of my call to give a quote for replacement of 10 window screens, a sliding door screen for pets, replacement rollers for the sliding door screen and heavy duty rollers for the sliding door. I was impressed the work could be done in their truck/trailer at my home.
John came as scheduled, did an EXCELLENT job and was finished within a few hours. No muss, no fuss. I really appreciated that I did not have to remove the screens and take them somewhere myself to be repaired.
Unfortunately, about 2 weeks after the job was complete, I had extreme difficulty opening and closing my glass sliding door that had the new heavy duty rollers installed. I emailed Greg regarding the issue and John was back within 24 hours and made the adjustment in less than 5 minutes. My door opens so easily now, even better than when the doors were new!
