My kitten decided to try to eat the window screen. Not very tasty, and seriously dangerous! On the day of the repair, John called prior to the appointment to confirm the time of arrival and it put my mind at ease. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. The screens were repaired quickly with pet mesh, and he brought up screen swatches to demonstrate the difference between a regular screen and pet mesh.
