Big Tyme Flooring Centre No Longer In Business

Kitchen Renovation. No work done. Store is now closed. Anyone who knows Brian's last name. He is gone with money Please Help Has anyone else suffered this loss. We are both retired & cant afford to be taken this way

Couple of months ago I had Big Tyme Flooring Centre put new flooring into my house from top to bottom, Carpet, Hardwood Flooring and Tiles. They did a fabulous job. I had shopped around and If I had of known I could have saved a lot of time, they had by far the best prices for the quality products we were interested in.

The other day we were in the area and dropped in just to say hi to the staff because we really enjoyed dealing with them and their installation crew. They did a great job, friendly and helpful in every way.

To my surprise, they had in the store, the exact kitchen I was looking to have installed before Christmas. As I hadn't finalized the purchase with the other store, I saved over 25% and that's quite a bit for the purchase of a quality kitchen remodel and I know they will have it in before Christmas because they started installing it today with the same efficient professionalism I have come to expect in dealing with Big Tyme.

Don't shop here. this place won't be in business long. They brag about being in the business for so long yet customer service is an after thought, if any. They have proven their word is not worth anything and have the typical bad contractor excuses and attitude.

Very disappointed in Big Tyme Flooring. The customer service was horrible. Waited for near 2 months to get my wood. Called and called, they never answered the phone. I thought I was being taken for a ride. It was a nightmare dealing with the guy. I would not recommend them. Go to a different place to get your wood. You'll be sorry you ever dealt with these people.
