STEER CLEAR. When we dealt with him he never showed took out $2000 and 7 months later we managed to get $1500. Has no conscience and enjoys taking hard working people's money. Absolutely disgraceful

I hired this who goes by the name of Jeff. He had promised me that he would do a great job and that my husband and I didn't have to worry about anything. He only did the work during the day while we were at work. He only put half of new dry wall and left the other half of the old drywall behind, We bought a set for the bathtub which consisted of the shower head, the bath spout and the handle. After 5-6 weeks of work, we come home after work with our lights turned on all over the house, we went to the bathroom and found the pex pipe sticking out, with the old bath spout and Jeff and his micky mouse crew took our new bath spout with them, they didn't put caulking around the tub and the toilet which made it loose, when we turn on the water in the tub, water comes from both the shower head and the spout. I tried to contact Jeff and he gave 1 million excuses stating that he would come back to fix it or saying that his sister was in the hospital having major surgery. He never returned our calls after that. We had to hire someone else to come fix the plumbing which they were stunned that Jeff would leave the bathroom this way. we had to spend another $200 just to cut the pex pipe and bought another shower spout. *******DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, HE IS A TERRIBLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY JERK!!!!!*********** If you see him coming, run the opposite way.

Do not hire Jeff or any company he is associated with – Tristar Contracting, Briant Construction or whatever company name he is currently using. He does shoddy work, and when you need repairs, he will abscond. We hired him for a major backyard stamped concrete patio project in the summer of 2013. He insisted on pouring the concrete on a weekend we were not home. After just one winter, the concrete began to crack and break up, and in one section it heaved and sank. At the job completion Jeff told us to contact him if we have any problems. We phoned and emailed him repeatedly, but he did not return any of our messages. Upon inspection, and verified by other stamped concrete contractors, we discovered there is no wire mesh in the concrete. This is standard practise and is what holds the concrete together. The concrete is also thin, and where it heaved, is hollow underneath. Jeff does not stand behind his work. He is a smooth talking salesman. Do not fall for his pitch or you will be sorry.
