Our furnace was about 30 years old and the airconditioner was 20 years old and we had to replace both. The government has incentives to replace old furnaces and make homes more energy efficient. Terry Rowley's people arranged for all the paper work to be done and the cheques were sent to us without any issues. The work was done efficiently and neatly. The new furnace has brought down our heating costs.
