We had a kitchen sink clog that would not let up. We tried plunging it and using drain cleaner, but no luck. So off to the HomeStars website I went to find a new plumber for help, as our go to plumber had retired. I came across the Great Plumbing Co and was impressed with the references. I reviewed their website and was happy with the way they presented themselves. The part I like the best is being able to schedule an appointment online. It would be nice if more home service companies did it this way.
We scheduled the next available appointment online then received both an email and text confirmation. Then Jeff called us earlier than our booked time and said he could come early if we could accommodate him as he was finished with his appointment before ours.
Jeff arrived in a crisp clean uniform, put on boot covers then asked us about the issue and proceeded with his investigation of the problem. He then explained what he believed the cause of the issue was, how he was going to fix it and any risk he may encounter. He presented us with a formal detailed estimate, explaining how the billing of his services worked.
Jeff resolved the issue within the estimated time and cleaned up when he was finished. Quite honestly the best part of dealing with him was his personable nature and professional service.
