Inspection of possible leak behind bathtub
Noticed some bubbling paint near the base of the bathtub and went to take a look. Turned out the drywall was wet. Was able to get Jeff to come the morning of, and quickly found the cause of the issue and advised on a simple cost-effective fix.
He was actually the second plumber in that day. The first one refused to even take a look unless I had someone else in to remove the linen closet that butted against the tub and charged me $100 anyways just for showing up. Jeff (with my permission) just cut through the thin backing on the closet to get a look at the plumbing.
Great work, great person, worth every penny.
