Jeff responded super fast to all messages, had an easy booking system online, and was really accommodating. Very professional, friendly, and kept us updated at every step of the work he was doing. It was a complex situation and he was patient and persistent in trying to find a resolution. He was also great with dealing with our curious kitten who was eager to be his assistant.
