We had to coordinate the water shut off to our house through the city, then contact The Great Plumbing Co. to replace several taps, and then call the city again to turn on the water to our house. Jeff made this whole stressful process easier by providing helpful insights and suggestions. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. We were very happy with all the work he did. He even did extra work by reinforcing our washing machine hose that runs into our basement tub because he noticed it looked like it would come loose and flood the basement. I would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family who require plumbing services
