I've used HomeStars a few times before and when I needed a plumber servicing my area, The Great Plumbing Co. was the first one to pop up so I looked at all the great ratings on both here and on Google, so I contacted them.
Jeff was nothing short of superb. He showed up on time, inspected my problem (loose toilet from floor), told me what the problem was and gave me a quote up front. It was more than I thought it would cost, but Jeff is a Master Plumber with decades of experience, and since money isn't a problem with me, I told him to go ahead.
As he proceeded with the work, Jeff and I talked and discovered our mutual love of music, so we talked incessantly about that. Turned out we had a ton in common!. This goes to Jeff's extremely approachable and personable nature. He's not just a great plumber, but a genuinely nice guy as well.
If you live in the GTA, I would highly recommend Jeff and The Great Plumbing Co. You will not be disappointed.
