Jeff Wright is a brilliant plumber. A leak from our bathroom was coming through the kitchen ceiling below. It was from the plumbing for the bathroom sink but I could not see where it was coming from. Jeff quickly spotted the source - an extremely hard to see hairline crack in the copper pipe. That comes from years of experience and applying an analytical mind to problem solving. The day before, a plumber from a large plumbing company had diagnosed the problem as a drain leak, not the copper pipe, said that the kitchen ceiling would have to be cut open to do the work and all the plumbing replaced, at a cost more than 4x what Jeff quoted. When the leak persisted despite us not using the sink, I knew he was wrong about it being a drain problem. Jeff did the work immediately, appreciating the difficulty the leak was causing for us. I expected that the cabinet would have to be removed (and probably damaged in the process). Jeff saved us that problem and expense by cutting a small opening in the floor of the cabinet, soldering in a ridiculously cramped space. No question who I am calling the next time I have a plumbing problem! Definitely the Great Plumbing Co.!
