Carter Painting did an amazing job repairing our damaged ceiling, which was caused by a roof leak, re-taping gyprock joints and patching the drywall in the garage, and epoxy coating the garage floor. All the staff were professional, approachable, skilled, and reliable. They answered all our questions and provided recommendations that were honest and tailored to our vision. All the work was completed in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. We are extremely pleased with the end result. In fact, the end result exceeded out expectations. Carter painting did a beautiful job, no complaints. Carter was very available by phone and was super personable. The house looks beautiful. They kept the house tidy and clean at the end of each workday so that painting didn’t interfere with our day-to-day living. Great job. I would definitely recommend.

Carter painting did the outside of our home. From start to finish every single person I interacted with was friendly and responsive. You could tell that each of them really did care about my experience. Having hired some other companies to complete work in our home and being disappointed with workmanship, I was tentative on how this would go.

Carter Painting has restored my faith 100%. The entire process was easy. Yes I actually used the word easy for a home renovation project. From booking the estimate, to having the decorator come out to help choose colour (outside of the home was a big commitment) to the actual job it was easy. And the work the painters did was impeccable! Add to this, Carter was the lowest quote we received. I wouldn't consider any other company for future painting jobs based on this experience.

Neil and his team are extremely professional, kind and caring.
When they say they are not satisfied until you are, they mean it. The job Carter did for us was not large, but was the focal point of many of our levels in the house, so it had to be done right. And it was. They matched the existing flooring beautifully so it all flows seamlessly.

Carter Painting just completed removal of all popcorn ceilings on the main floor and upper level of my home. Part way through the job I also requested that they paint my dining room. They did not hesitate to take on the additional work. Neil’s crew, led by Eric, did an outstanding job. They showed up on time each day and were wonderful to deal with. We contacted Carter Painting to obtain a quote to paint our whole house.
