I called Neil for an appointment to give me an estimate for the outside of my house to be painted. Much of it is painted old stucco and it's not a routine paint job (as I have learned from past experiences in having the house painted). He was so professional, showed up a couple of minutes early for the appointment....and pleasant! After reviewing the house extensively with me, Neil actually told me I didn't need the house painted this year! But I will surely call them back when I do need it.
