Indoor painting on all walls on the main floor and upstairs common area
We recently moved to the area and were given Neil's name by a friend in Burlington who was very happy with his work from several years ago. Communication was excellent. Always accessible and quick to reply. Prices are reasonable and the work was completed quickly and well done. I like the fact that the price is quoted by the work to be done and not by the hourly rate. That way there are no surprises. We were called after the work was complete to ask if we were happy and Neil came by and did a small touch up in one spot. We would recommend Carter Painting and would call again for ourselves.
