I was looking to match existing shutters in the house. Smart Shutter sent in a service person who showed us what was available, measured all the windows in question and then produced a quotation for us before he left the house. There was no high pressure sales job, no further remeasure appointment and no long waiting for the product to be delivered/installed. We had continuity of service from one person from start to finish. The installation was quick, everything fit and looked great!
