Sam Anderson business is very unprofessional. I saw him on the 17th of November and he did not get a chance to fix the wash machine till the 5th of December. The machine was moved to his house because I guess my laundry room was to small lol. We had to go get the machine from his house after he said he fixed it. I did a load and the machine was not fixed. It flood the laundry room and hallway. I called him and when he come back he was rude and said it was not his fault, it was ours. Will never have him here again!

Sam Anderson Appliance Repair has been in business on Saltspring Island for 18 years and is a well know and respected business. We do offer installation services but unfortunately have no control over customer installation of machines.
