I’m writing this to defend myself from the company’s immature description of their service,instalment of sprinklers. They make me sound like a difficult customer, when all I wanted was a proper working sprinkler system! Yes, they came back 4 times but neglected to explain why! #1, right after installing the system,my basement had a pool of water,dripping into my food pantry! #2, I was hearing banging at all different times, even when the system was turned off. I asked, more than once, and they scratched their heads and told me it must be someone else’s system or a city line. #3, I noticed a mud pit beside the back housing,Jeff came and dug around it, and agreed that there was a leak but wasn’t sure where. #4, Beau came and brought his attitude, saying that it’s probably the city’s fault. I took it upon myself to call the City,who came by immediately and did a test, proving that it wasn’t the City’s fault. Now as far as them saying that they came numerous times,at no charge… I had to fight for that! They sent me,not one, but two bills, each for over a hundred dollars, to turn the heads that were pointed in a the wrong direction,as per the CONTRACT!! My final warning to people is that because I’ve apparently seen them enough, they canceled my appointment for my winter blowout, which has now left me scrambling to find another decent company that cares about their customers. I’m a single older woman, on disability,who saved and saved for this luxury and they didn’t even have the courtesy or courage to say it to my face! I hope you sleep well and now I have some phone calls to make! NO STARS!
