It was so strange that we have same furnace but our side was cold as freezer and our neighbour had system woring perfectly fine..
We called Shane & he checked the entire system. The system is working fine he said. After one hour he found that our side of filter was installed upside down. The media of filter was detached from the filter cabinet blocking air coming to our store.
At the least, I could not even think some one would install the filter upside down. Well mistakes happens . We informed our orignal contractor and he was not even willing to show up today.
Shane & his guys, at least were honest & did not charge except filter replacement only....Very happy.....
