Ductless heat A/C and heat

The third floor has always been very hot in the summer. With year’s heat the window AC was on constantly, noisy and expensive. I purchased a mini-split AC & Heat pump.
The unit is exceptionally quiet, cools the area very well and is efficient.
Highly recommended.
