Eclipse Window Cleaning

So to start off with the appt. had to be rescheduled due to personal issues. Next it was he needed water and vinegar... good thing I was home and had some. Next it was he could not remove hard water stains, then it was he did not have ladder and used a long pole for the 2nd flr. windows so he could not see them nor were the frames wiped or squeeged. Could not even touch the gable window. Less than a bucket of water was used and it did not take very long to do the job. Friendly and courteous but the windows were not cleaned.
