Dryer Repair / Assessment & Recommendation
The service from Valley View Appliances Ltd. was exceptional! The service technician (Steve) was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. Based on his assessment and recommendation we decided to purchase a new washer and dryer as the cost of the dryer repair was almost 2/3 the cost of a new dryer. After evaluating the warranty, product reviews and cost for various appliance brands, we decided to follow Steve's recommendations and purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer. The cost ($100 (including GST)) to have the dryer assessed was money well spent. The knowledge and information that was shared with us was priceless! We will definitely use Valley View Appliance's Ltd. services again and will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for being an honest and trustworthy service provider. We need more people like Steve!
