Had an agent out to the house within a few days and follow-up for exact measurements was done within the same week. Had the work done in two stages and am able to advise that no issues through first winter and second stage was completed recently. The two stage process was by our request. Efficient and professional installers that are prompt. The entire NSW Team was actually very responsive and call back quickly if a message is left for them. Would use them again if needed. Cost was very competitive compared to various vendors in the area.

North Shield did a great job replacing 12 triple pane windows and a patio door. Both installations took less than a full day each. Clean up was minimal and the exterior caulking is well done. I got my rebate which was great. The staff are all friendly and communication was easy. Great company.
