We received a quick response from North Shield to our HomeStars posting which was immediately followed by a home visit and a detailed quote - we were given helpful advice and detailed descriptions of all of our options in terms of doors and glass styles, lock systems, handsets, sills etc. - we were also able to visit their showroom which was also very helpful - the team was timely and capable - the installation was hassle-free, and they were a pleasure to deal with.
