Garage door opener replace

I was quoted $750.00 to replace an old opener, plus $60.00 for an extra remote. A complete installation. There was an additional charge of $95.00 to run new wires and build out sensors, and clear rear torsion sensor brackets. This is part of the installation, not extra. The old sensors were clear. It is on this basis that I would not reccomend this business.

I sent an e-mail on July 29 asking for an explanation. I received a reply. They explained what lead to this mistake and removed the $95.00 charge.
I would now recommend this business.

I hired Norfolk Garage Door to replace a 55 year old door. Alan Suliz, the owner arranged everything. They were prompt, neat and efficient. When the door needed a slight adjustment a few months later, no problem, taken care of.
