First of all, we want to thank you for the amazing inserts and job you did installing them.
Dealing with you is THE ultimate experience. At our age, we have encountered numerous service and/or trades people and NONE of them have ever left us with the feelings that they actually cared and took pride in their work and product.
You are meticulous in all that you do, your standards are FAR and ABOVE those of others and set the bar high and it is for that reason we called you back to provide us with inserts for our rear patio doors after you did such an outstanding job on the inserts at the front entrance way on our two doors.
