From my initial inquiry online, responses were received within the hour.
My wife and I landed on the the Port Union design and all questions were answered without hesitation.
Our main door insert was a bit smaller, however, Grayson simply cut around to ensure a seamless fit. We did go with the black frame which was $25 extra (included in the 649 total price) . The look is simply outstanding.
Net: Service is brilliant, Professionalism is outstanding, Product is superior.
