Called for over a year to come and have it redone but never shows up as prmised. we have spoken to Bill numerous times and constantly promises to come . Always wants us to leave him a ladder. Dont understand why he doesnt have his own ladder. My wife and I are tired of chasing him and will all report him to the BBB and other regualtory bodies. Would never recommend him again. he got fully paid, which was our mistake and will now have an additional expense.Did concrete work on back house balcony. Initial work was done and

outside steps waterproofing

We had water going into the cold room under our front steps from a crack in the concrete. After calling several masonry companies who said the job was too small, one of them suggested we call NuKrete. I spoke to the operator, sent some pictures, and arranged for him to use his product in the spring of 2013; I paid a deposit on April 13, the work was done in late April, and the invoice was signed off paid in full on May 8, 2013. The product worked -- during the gullybuster on July 8, where the city got 125mm of rain, the cold room was dry. The product did not survive the winter, and by April, the product was flaking badly and posing a hazard. I called the operator back and asked him to reassess the front steps, as it was less than 1 year from the install. Multiple times I attempted to call him, and twice he assured me he was in the neighbourhood and would be right over. I never saw him, and he would not return my calls. We wound up having another company generate a permanent solution to the front steps. I do not like the way NuKrete does business, in refusing to even assess or offer solutions to the failure of their product, guaranteed or not.

Garage floor coating

Bill, the owner of Nukrete, is a very good fast-talking salesman. We hired him to resurface garage floor with Nukrete, partially based on the life-time guarantee against de-bonding. The work was performed in March 2014. Bill's crew was not the most punctual, nor the neatest; but they appeared to be well qualified in their field. However, in August 2014 we noticed a cracked area, which turned out to be a large de-bonging of the coating, probably due to incorrect surface preparation. This deficiency could have been addressed with a quick visit, but this is where our troubles started. Numerous attempts to contact Bill were met with his cell phone greeting "this mailbox has not been initialized". My e-mails went unanswered. I resorted to calling from different phone numbers as Bill simply ignored call from my home number. Every time he would actually answer the phone there was a feeble excuse, such as being too busy, not being able to hear due to poor reception, or not being able to view the pictures because they were high resolution, van in the shop, etc. It's now the beginning of October, and still no word from Bill. I have filed a complaint with BBB.

In short, do not hire this contractor as he will not stand behind his product or workmanship.
