We hired based on the Homestars reviews and he did a great job installing 7 new pot lights in the kitchen, one pot light in the kitchen pantry; installing 2 new junction boxes for new pendant lights over our kitchen island; replacing and updating our plugs; installing a new switch for our light over the kitchen sink; and disconnecting a jacuzzi pump for our en suite bathtub (so I could convert the tub to a shower). Kyle was great to work with, did excellent work and we're very pleased with all the work that was done. The work took part of an afternoon and the following morning (so about 1 day) and was on budget and within the quoted time frame. We'd definitely retain Kyle again for future electrical work.

Kyle is warm, competent and professional. we are so happy with our LED lights! He was consistent and did an excellent job. He is genuine and will not go beyond his scope, letting you know what he has experience with. We will certainly call him back when we need to change any other lighting in the house. Thanks Kyle!!

We live in a house built in 2012. Despite it being a new house, we have gone through multiple sets of LED under-cabinet lights in our kitchen already. After one, then all, of the lights stopped working, Kyle investigated and sorted out the problem. Although we were disappointed to learn we needed to replace the lights yet again, the lights he recommended appear to be of higher quality than the previous ones so we are optimistic they will last. We also asked him to install timers on two fan switches in bathrooms. Kyle completed all work competently and neatly, and he was enjoyable to deal with.

Kyle communicated well, showed up when he said he would and got the job done quick. He knows his code and does things by the books. His prices are reasonable and he really is honest. We know who to call when we need an Electrician in the future.

Kyle was on time and stayed until the job was done, even though some unforeseen circumstances meant that was later than planned. He did a great job and was friendly and professional. We would recommend him.

Kyle did a great job. Our new home had a variety of issues throughout due to poor workmanship when the property was built. Kyle scoped the project quickly and efficiently, came in under other quotes and was very professional in the delivery of his service. Ultimately the work seems good quality and the whole thing was completed within the promised time frame. I would recommend Kyle to others in the same situation.

This is the second time we hired Kyle. I really appreciate the way he communicates with his customers. Professional, clean cut and personal, I think he chose he company name well. He will be doing more work for us shortly.

Kyle was able to fix my front loading GE washing machine. After the plumber left water ran out the door which I caught in a bowl until The Honest Electrician came along. He was able to go over the machine and do the repairs in order to fix it. This young man also checked my wiring in the basement and found it wasn't grounded properly so he fixed that at the same time. As an older person I appreciate his kind honest words and good work. He's polite, quick thinking and very helpful. I highly recommmend him as he seems to know his wiring and even knows how to fix those darn electricial mess ups.

Kyle was professional from start to finish and was able to work around contractor and landscapers schedules to get the job done. Very good wiring job from main panel through basement, out to breaker, and finally out to the tub.

We purchased a home that was built in the 1970's in Lake Bonivista that had aluminum wiring. The insurance company required that the home needed an inspection by a Master Electrician and any electrical fixes been done before they would provide a quote and insurance. We were under tight times lines due to the sale of the home, and Kyle provided prompt and professional work. Kyle performed the inspection and completed the aluminum wiring repairs including using Noalax Anti Oxidant for the aluminum/copper connections, he provided us with a write up on the repairs that we used to secure our insurance quote and coverage.
