I called Arpi's after we noticed a strange burning smell. They offered after hours service though we declined since it was not urgent and we could shut off our furnace until morning. They followed up and set up a time for someone to come by. Kelly came by, he has come before and is excellent. Very knowledgeable, honest, pleasant and has lots of experience. He could have simply said we needed a whole new part, but explained everything he was checking, and taking the extra time found that the problem was simply a "throw away" part. A very simple and inexpensive fix. I'm sure we saved hundreds of dollars because of his attention to detail. Very helpful tips from him and consistent help. thank you to Arpi's and Kelly. He also took the time to take a picture, so he could teach the younger employees how to assess better. Will definitely call again when needed. Full recommendation.

I called several places for help after a wind storm dropped our downspout onto our tree. Moe called me back and took the time help investigate and make appropriate suggestions. His team came and were kind, competent and very good at their job. I had asked about some other downspout drainage and then called a separate time for our eavestrough (since we moved in) being backed up and Moe showed me the problem, and found a very simple and excellent solution. Others had said we would need to replace the whole system! My kids were so comfortable with Moe they wanted him to come inside and play. Very nice and descent fellow, excellent work. I wish they offered more services!

We trusted Bjorn and Peter, his mobile employee, to give their expertise to help us back up our devices, make sure everything was running efficiently and to leave our devices in working order. It is a "paid by the hour" service, not by the task- which we would've been happy to pay for if the service was provided! Both very enthusiastic to get our business for other services they sell. Since their costly and lengthy visits, we are unable to use files, photos, and programs have stopped working, back-ups are stalled or saying there is not enough space and both Bjorn and Peter are not answering our calls, emails or any communication. There were some basic things that Peter did but overall left too many things not working or accessible without support. It "seemed" like they wanted to help at first, a scheduled time was finally set up, though Peter never showed up, nor did anyone call to say they would or would not honour their word... it has been 4 months since initial service and they aren't answering any calls or returning messages. So very disappointed- it would have been decent to at least explain or return our communication, or tell us they can't help. We had to hire another mobile tech company to try and fix their mistakes and this individual is AMAZING - has timely and efficient, cost effective solutions- he gets FULL points for honesty, integrity and competence!!

Kyle is warm, competent and professional. we are so happy with our LED lights! He was consistent and did an excellent job. He is genuine and will not go beyond his scope, letting you know what he has experience with. We will certainly call him back when we need to change any other lighting in the house. Thanks Kyle!!
