We contacted Canada Waterproofers on a Friday and had a callback sameday and then advised their plumber, Valentine would call which he did within 1 business day.
Valentine offered to come the same week to conduct a site inspection. He would waive the inspection charge if we gave him the job (which is more than fair!).
Long story short, the following week, Valentine came by and resolved all of our issues.
Valentine is incredibly trustworthy, knowledgeable and had answers for all of our issues which was very comforting.
Valentine is also a very nice person and very informative!
If you have any plumbing or waterproofing issues, I strongly recommend you give Canada Waterproofers a try!
